Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. All fees are in Nigerian Naira unless stated otherwise and are non-refundable except where required by law.
All content on Pix (excluding user-generated content) is our property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any part of Pix without our express written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Pix at any time for violating these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time from your dashboard.
Pix is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uptime, reliability, or that it will be free from errors. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
By using Pix, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or on our platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos, Nigeria.
